Hello everyone, I hope you’re all having a wonderful day!
Today I wanted to share with you an amazing product; The Nars Sarah Moon palette.
I received this for christmas from my sister and some how completely forgot all about it. I dug it out of my (forever growing) collection last week and instantly fell in love. It consists of three blushes, one highlighter and a deep red lip crayon. It comes in at £39 which I think is excellent value for the amount of product you get.
Colours from right to left
I’d been crushing on this holy grail highlighter for such a long time so when I realised it came with this palette I was super excited. My first impression was that it was going to be a bit too yellow but after application I realised that I was very wrong. It blends beautifully into the skin and gives the most gorgeous glow you’ve ever seen. It’s not super pigmented which I personally prefer as it doesn’t give you the illusion of a shiny disco ball.
This colour for me is probably the least worn out of the whole palette. It’s a very light peachy pink meaning the colour pay off isn’t huge. However, if you are looking for an ultra natural makeup look, then this would be a great blush for you.
My favourite blush colour in the palette is probably “illusive”. It’s a beautiful, deep pink which looks super natural and pretty on the cheeks. It’s adds a lovely, soft flush to the face and is perfect for when you want an all matte look.
This is the final shade in the palette and is a beautiful coral pink. It looks super pretty on the cheeks and is the perfect blush for summer.
RECURRING DARE LIP PENCIL
When I first got the palette I didn’t even notice it had a red lip pencil included. After realisation I tried it on straight away and instantly fell in love with its creamy, moisturising formula. However, I never really wear red lips so it’s probably not going to be used as much as it would have if it had been a nude colour.
I hope you enjoyed this review and let me know in the comments below if you have any palette recommendations.
