The past couple of months I’ve been having to wake up at 7 o’clock during the weekdays. For many this will seem like an easy task but for me it’s a complete struggle. However, after many (grudged) weeks of practice and one too many coffees, I’ve finally got my early morning beauty routine down to a tee.
Nars Tinted Moisturiser
I only bought this product a few weeks ago and its already one of my favourite foundations ever. Bold claim-I know! The product is extremely lightweight and gives a beautiful, radiant coverage. The colour match is absolutely spot on which in my books is a miracle. It has a medium coverage yet it still just looks like your skin. I usually apply base products with a beauty blender or flat kabuki brush but I find that this foundation works best when applied with the fingers to allow the product to completely sink into your skin.
Bare Minerals Bareskin Serum Concealer
Bare minerals is one of those brands that I know I can always rely on. Their products are all made with amazing ingredients that always work beautifully with my skin. And the Bare Minerals Concealer is no exception. It has excellent coverage and days when I’m SERIOUSLY in a rush, I wear this solely on its own. A little bit definitely goes along way with this product.
Soap & Glory Archery 2-in-1 Brow Filling Pencil & Brush
Soap and Glory definitely know how to make brow products. Every one that I’ve used has been amazing but my favourite has to be the Archery brow pencil. The pencil means that you can get a really precise brow which can be made more natural by using the included spoole to brush them out. The colour can be easily built up and it’s super quick to do for early mornings. I completely forgot about this product for a while but I’m so happy to have it back.
Maybelline Colossal Mascara Black
I have to admit, I’m not a mascara kind of girl. But thats mainly because I rub my eyes so much that whenever I do wear it, I get serious panda eyes. However, recently I’ve been absolutely loving this one by Maybelline. I use the product very lightly to create a natural, fluttery lash that lasts a good eight hours. I would thoroughly recommend giving this product a shot as it truly opens up those tired eyes on dreary mornings.
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush
Who has time for contour on those super early mornings? Not me. Instead I just add a dash of blush on to my cheeks for a natural and pretty look. This blush by Hourglass is super pigmented meaning it’s extremely quick to apply. There is also gold shimmering particles in the blush adding a lovely, fresh and radiant glow to the face. A great tip that Victoria Beckham does, is to apply your blusher slightly higher up on your cheek to lift your whole face.
L’oreal Juliannes Nude
You guessed it. Another lipstick by Loreal. This one is the perfect pinky nude for wearing everyday. It’s extremely creamy, hydrating and super long lasting (as long as your not drinking coffee lol).
I hope you enjoyed this post and let me know in the comments below if you’ve ever tried any of these products.
